1 Introduction

57jl operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight. Compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements — including player registration data, KYC documentation, and transaction records — forms a central part of 57jl's data processing activities and cannot be waived by individual players.

7 Data Sharing and Disclosure

7.1 PAGCOR and Regulatory Authorities

Third-party document verification service providers may process identity documents on 57jl's behalf to confirm their authenticity. These providers act as Personal Information Processors under the DPA and are contractually bound to process data only as directed by 57jl and to maintain equivalent security standards.

7.5 Technology and Infrastructure Providers

57jl uses third-party infrastructure providers — including cloud hosting, database, and security service providers — who may process personal data on 57jl's behalf as part of Platform operations. All such providers are subject to data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data to 57jl's instructions.

8 Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of 57jl's technology infrastructure providers and live casino game providers operate servers or facilities located outside the Philippines. By using the 57jl Platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed in these jurisdictions, subject to the protections described above.

9 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

9.1 What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit the 57jl Platform. They allow the Platform to recognize your device, maintain your session state, remember your preferences, and collect technical usage data. 57jl also uses similar technologies, including web beacons and local storage, for comparable purposes.

9.2 Types of Cookies Used

• KYC and identity verification documents — Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the business relationship, in accordance with AMLA record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction records — Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the transaction date, per PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

While 57jl employs robust technical and organizational security measures, no system connected to the internet can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account credentials and for notifying 57jl promptly of any suspected unauthorized account access.

12 Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its IRR, you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by 57jl. These rights may be exercised by contacting the 57jl Data Protection Officer via the channel described in Section 16.

57jl will respond to verified data subject rights requests within 15 business days of receipt, or within the extended period permitted by the NPC's implementing rules in complex cases. We may request proof of identity before processing a rights request to prevent unauthorized access to another person's data.

13 Children and Minors

The 57jl Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. 57jl does not knowingly collect or process the personal data of individuals under 21 years of age. Registration on the Platform requires age verification against a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, and 57jl reserves the right to require additional age verification documentation at any time.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a person under 21 in your care has registered on the 57jl Platform, please contact 57jl customer support immediately using the contact details in Section 16.

14 Third-Party Links and Services

The 57jl Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services — including payment providers such as GCash, Maya, and BDO — whose privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies, not this Policy. 57jl is not responsible for the data handling practices of third-party services and encourages you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you access in connection with your use of the Platform.

Game titles on the 57jl Platform are provided by third-party game studios. These studios process game outcome data within their own certified systems but do not have access to your 57jl account registration data or financial information beyond what is necessary for the delivery of the game experience.

15 Changes to This Privacy Policy

57jl reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, NPC guidance, PAGCOR requirements, or 57jl's data processing practices. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Where material changes are made to this Policy, 57jl will notify registered players via email or in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes and, where the changes require your consent, your consent to those changes.
